• Q: How do I remove bird poop from my car? I've tried WD-40 and baking soda and neither worked.

  A: In our search bar, search body gloss and also pick up a clay bar. The lubricant from body gloss will help the clay slide across your paint while removing the bird droppings with it. If there's any damage from the bird droppings in the clear coat, using a fine cut compound like correction crème will remove any fine scratches or marks once the claying is completed. - Simoniz Garage

• Q: We have artillery fungus on our vehicles (from the mulch in our front yard). Yesterday, a car detailer tried Simoniz Graffiti Remover on a couple of spots and they came right up. I want to use this on the whole car. Is it safe on car finishes?

  We only recommended spot treatment with this product because it will absolutely strip wax and potentially even aftermarket paint. Please be sure to test in an inconspicuous area prior to using.
  
  An alternative solution would be to clay bar the surface of the vehicle and use correction cream to remove any residual staining from the mold spores. Follow that up with the wax of your choice to seal and protect the finish after that.
