Shipping is available to residential and commercial addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia. Delivery time ranges from 2–7 days.
Shipping Methods & Charges
All merchandise is shipped via UPS/Fedex Ground service. Charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. Additional charges apply for international shipping and for shipment methods other than UPS ground (e.g., overnight or 2-day express).
Please note that some items (including all aerosol products) cannot be shipped overnight due to restrictions.
Order Tracking
Track your order via email at support@simonizdetaildirect.com or call 800-227-5536. Please inform customer service that you are a Simoniz Detail Direct customer. We can track your order using your name and date.
Returns
Simoniz allows returns or exchanges in the case of defective, incorrect and/or damaged items. The product must be in its original package. Fill out the return form completely and e-mail or fax it back to us within 10 business days of purchase to receive full credit.
