I’m not sure how to use a product I ordered. Is a demo available?

Are there any products you no longer carry?
No, we currently have a full line of professional products for all of your car care needs.
Where can I share my review of a Simoniz product?
Product reviews are always welcome! To share your review, visit the individual product page and then click “Write a Review” at the bottom of the page.
How can I order a Simoniz Detail Direct gift card?
We currently do not offer Simoniz gift cards, although this is something that may be incorporated into the Detail Direct store in the future – please check back!
Shipping
I need help reading my packing slip.
Your order details are displayed in columns across the main part of your packing slip. Please click here for an overview of the packing slip.
What shipping methods are available?
All merchandise is shipped via UPS/Fedex Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Additional charges apply for shipment methods other than UPS ground (such as overnight or 2-day express).
What is the average shipping time?
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live. (We are located on the East Coast; shipping to the West Coast takes 7 days via UPS/FEDEX Ground.)
UPS and FEDEX Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order.
Are there any extra charges or shipping restrictions for oversized packages?
No. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, and each item has been pre-weighed. Some items (including all aerosol products) cannot be shipped overnight due to restrictions.
Is shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories?
Yes, shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Can orders be shipped internationally?
Shipping is currently available to Canada and Australia. Additional costs apply for international shipping.

What if an item I purchased is on backorder?
Your order will come with a bill of lading. If a product is currently on backorder, it will be noted on your bill of lading with a negative (-) number in the “Quantity Shipped” column. We will do our best to ship this out ASAP. You can always call customer service to help you track your item at 800-227-5536.
Is order tracking available?
You can track your order via email at support@simonizdetaildirect.com or call 800-227-5536. Please inform customer service that you are a Simoniz Detail Direct customer. We can track your order using your name and date.
Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to enter both a “shipping address” and a “billing address.”
Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship an order to multiple addresses. To ship to more than one address, separate orders must be placed.
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, as FedEx and UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns
How can I request a refund or exchange for an item I purchased?
Simoniz will work with you to replace or repair any defective, incorrect or damaged items. Please complete our returns form and e-mail or fax it back to us to have your request processed.
For what reason(s) can a return/exchange be requested?
Simoniz will honor requests for a return or exchange in the case of defective, incorrect and/or damaged items. You must fill out the return form and explain why you would like to return the product. The product must be in its original package.
How soon after receiving my order must a return/exchange be requested?
Product returns must be requested within 7–10 business days of purchase to receive full credit for the item.
How long do returns take?
Approved returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) in their original condition.
Are shipping fees refundable if I return an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges for returned/exchanged items.
